INTRODUCTION

Organ transplantation is expensive.  Although when I was first approached I was told not to “worry about the money part”, it is always there in the background.  I DO have some health insurance that covers much of the costs of testing, doctors, prescriptions and surgery, but there are co-pays for doctor visits, test procedures, partial coverage for some lab work and fees (such as parking) that my insurance doesn’t pay.  These costs have to be paid by me and can add up in a hurry.

I sell buttons, magnets, lapel pins and tote bags to help defray these costs.  If you are interested in purchasing any of these items, please click on the Fundraising link.  For anyone interested in making a tax-deductible donation, please go to NTAF and follow web directions.
