FUNDRAISING
I sell buttons, magnets, lapel pins and tote bags with the theme of organ donation to help defray the uncovered costs of my transplant. Buttons and Magnets sell for $2.00 each. lapel pins $1.00 and tote bags $6.00 each or 2/$10.00. I do accept custom orders and the cost of those is dependant on the work involved. Please e-mail me for more information if you would like a custom order.

For anyone interested in making a tax-deductible donation, I am registered with National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF). NTAF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization helping patients and their families with fundraising campaigns and providing fiscal accountability for the funds raised. NTAF retains 4% from check/cash donations for its administrative costs.

Be sure to write on the memo line "In honor of Jan Landis" or "NTAF General Operating Fund" if your intent is to support NTAF.
